Terms of Purchase and Redemption of the Stay Voucher
- The stay voucher becomes valid after full payment covering 100% of its value,
- The voucher entitles the holder to use only the accommodation service with breakfast, as described on the voucher,
- Use of the voucher requires prior booking and is subject to hotel room availability,
- The voucher must be presented to the reception staff before the start of the stay,
- The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase,
- It is not possible to use the voucher during the high season (July - August)
- Failure to use the voucher within its validity period results in loss of the right to redeem the service,
- The voucher is non-exchangeable for cash and non-refundable. Non-use of the entire service does not entitle the holder to a partial refund,
- In case of extending the stay or purchasing additional services, payment for these services is to be settled on-site according to the current price list,
