The value voucher can be redeemed for accommodation or a la carte dining orders in our restaurant.
Terms of purchase and redemption of the voucher
The voucher becomes valid after full payment of 100% of its value,
The voucher covers only the service specified on it up to its nominal value,
If the voucher is used for a service of higher value, the difference is paid by the person presenting the voucher,
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded and using it for a lower amount does not entitle to a refund of the unused balance,
Use of the voucher requires prior reservation and depends on the availability of selected services on the given date.
The voucher must be presented to the hotel staff before the service is provided.
The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Failure to use the voucher within its validity period results in the loss of the right to redeem the service.
Additional information:
The amount indicated on the voucher does not include the city tourist tax or other services not listed in its content,
