Representatives of foreign tour operators and travel agents from the Persian Gulf countries, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan will come to Giżycko.
The event is aimed at representatives of the Polish travel industry who are interested in establishing new business contacts and reaching guests from the Middle East and Central Asia with their offer.
The international travel industry will meet in Giżycko
“Hello, it’s Poland” is a series of direct business meetings between representatives of the Polish travel sector and foreign tour operators and agents who are actively looking for new destinations and products for their clients.
This year’s workshops will be held in two locations:
- 28 September 2026 in Giżycko – Hotel Wodnik
- 1 October 2026 in Warsaw – Elektrownia Powiśle
The event is organized by Polish Tourism Organisation, in cooperation with the airlines Air Arabia, Emirates and PLL LOT. The Warsaw part of the workshops is additionally organized in cooperation with the Warsaw Tourism Organisation.
An opportunity for direct contacts with foreign tour operators
The B2B workshop format enables participants to present their offer directly to foreign partners, learn about their expectations, and discuss potential future cooperation.
This is an especially interesting opportunity for hotels, accommodation facilities, tourist attractions, leisure organizers, destination representatives and other entities interested in developing sales in new markets.
Participation in the workshops provides the opportunity to:
- present your offer to foreign tour operators and travel agents,
- establish direct business relationships,
- learn about the needs of clients from the Middle East and Central Asia,
- better understand the specifics of individual markets,
- increase the visibility of your offer among foreign partners,
- create a foundation for future cooperation and for attracting new groups of tourists.
Giżycko and Masuria in an international travel environment
Organizing one of the two Polish editions of “Hello, it’s Poland” in Giżycko is also an opportunity to showcase the tourism potential of Masuria to international industry representatives.
For years, the region has been associated with lakeside holidays, sailing, active tourism and a unique landscape. The meeting of representatives of the Polish and international travel industry in Giżycko makes it possible to present this part of Poland also to partners operating in promising foreign markets.
We are pleased that Hotel Wodnik in Giżycko will be the host of the Giżycko part of this event and the meeting place for industry representatives from Poland and abroad.
